Summer stage: Sylvain Delagrange

During the last weeks, Sylvain Delagrange, professor at the Univeristé de Québec en Outaouais (UQO) and researcher at the IQAFF and CEF, has  visited our group. Sylvain's fields of interest include the study of the response of regeneration of broadleaves after disturbances and the use of terrestrial LiDAR to model and assess growth of trees. He is specially interested in the phenotypic plasticity of individuals as a response to changes in their environment. During his stage he has collaborated with us in the study of plasticty and eco-physiological adaptations of mountain species to a gradient of environmental conditions, in the frame of DINAMIX and MONTES projects.

Merci Sylvain, et à bientôt!
